International Shipping — International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs clearance. Delivery times may vary due to holidays or courier delays.
Duties & Taxes — International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Shipping Costs — Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Lost or Stolen Packages — If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and your local post office
- Wait 2 business days — delays do occur

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim with your local carrier.
