Returns — We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
Exchanges — We offer exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. Contact us at support@bluehavenlake.shop to initiate an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items — If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping — Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds — Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
